The Status of Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson in undecided for the final game of the season
Why It Matters
Head Coach John Harbaugh is undecided on whether or not he will start Jackson on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game that won’t matter to the Ravens because they have just clinched first place in the AFC. If Jackson doesn’t play on Sunday he’d have a total of 19 days off before the Ravens’ first playoff game as clinching the top seed in the AFC earns the Ravens the first round off. When this situation happened in 2019 Harbaugh chose to sit seven starting players including Jackson in the Regular Season finale. Once the playoffs started the Ravens lost to the Tennessee Titans in their first playoff game.
