Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer is cleared to return from a concussion

Springer has been cleared to return from a concussion and will start a rehab stint in the minors in Buffalo. The Blue Jays are finishing up a series with the Chicago Cubs before a home game against the Texas Rangers on Friday. Springer who has been out since July 28 has been medically cleared to return to baseball activities. Springer has 18 home runs and 57 RBIs in 101 games this season when healthy.
