Why It Matters

Morrissey could return for the weekend according to Head Coach Scott Arniel. Morrissey will rejoin the team for practice on Tuesday in a non contact jersey. The Jets hope to have Morrissey back in the lineup against the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday and at the same time don’t want to rush him back into the lineup. Morrissey has 42 points in 56 games this season before being injured in the Winter Olympics.
