A New Westminster resident has become ever winner of TSN’s touchdown to win contest

Why It Matters

Roy Lyster of New Westminster became the first ever winner of the touchdown to win contest. Lyster won the contest as a result of two kickoffs being returned for touchdowns in the same game between the Hamilton Tiger Cats and the Toronto Argonauts. Lyster has won a million dollars and groceries for a year from contest sponsor Save On Foods as a result of return touchdowns in the same game from the Argonauts Janarion Grant and Tiger Cats Isaiah Wooden.
