Montreal Canadiens fans attended a watch party at a local cathedral

Why It Matters

Habs fans held a watch party at Cathedrale Saint-Jean-l’Evangeliste in Quebec for game 1 of the Habs series against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Fans watched the game from the pews on the big screen at the front of the sanctuary. Fans jumped out of the pews when Winger Josh Anderson opened the scoring for the Habs.
