The Kansas City Chiefs have released the renderings of a three billion dollar domed stadium in Kansas

Why It Matters
The three billion dollar fully enclosed dome will feature a ceiling of translucent ethylene tetrafluoroethylene panels. In honour of Arrowhead Stadium it will be built with a symmetrical and curved exterior which will include a scalloped upper deck in each end zone. The stadium will hold 70,000 seats and will be built with the intention of amplifying crowd noise. It is intended to have the same seating bowl as arrowhead stadium with the ring of honour above the bowl. The Chiefs hope to start their bid to play the Super Bowl in Kansas City in 2032.
