The New York Jets have benched Quarterback Justin Fields for Tyrod Taylor

Head Coach Aaron Glenn has benched Fields for veteran journeyman backup Quarterback Tyrod Taylor. Taylor will get the start against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Fields threw for only 116 yards in the Loss to the New England Patriots on Thursday Night. The Jets passing attack is last in the NFL this year with 139.9 yards per game and Fields having thrown for only 505 combined yards in his last five starts. Fields came to the Jets after stints with the Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers.
