The Tennessee Titans have fired Head Coach Brian Callahan after a 1-5 start to the season

Why It Matters

Callahan finishes 4-19 overall as the Titans Head Coach including a 1-5 start to this season with first overall draft pick out of Miami Cameron Ward as their starting Quarterback. The Titans 3-14 record in 2024 got them Ward first overall. Six of the last eight quarterbacks drafted first overall including the last four have seen their Head Coach fired in their rookie season during the season. The Titans finished with a league low 83 points on offence in six games this season. The Titans still have yet to name an acting Head Coach for the rest of this season.
